Job Purpose
Act as a focal point of contact to all employees for issues and concerns related to Medical Insurance Benefits and ensure though effective coordination that all employees receives their eligible medical benefits and achieve overall employee satisfaction in this area
Coordinate and liaise with the Company Health Insurance provider with regards to all medical Insurance matters to ensure accuracy of medical insurance cards issued and timely reimbursement of medical claims.
Check and verify the Medical Reimbursement Claims from employees to ensure appropriateness and timely processing of Cheque’s for reimbursement.
Follow up with the Health Insurance Company/staff as appropriate to ensure all pending requests are cleared without delays to ensure employee satisfaction
Coordinate with relevant HR teams and employees to collate information (photographs, Visa copy, Passport copy, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate of the dependents) required for employee enrollment into the Company Insurance Scheme timely.
Ensure cancellation of Medical Insurance for new resigned employees on a monthly basis
Dispatch Medical Insurance Cards, Reimbursement Claim Cheques to the designated employees / designated department timely.
Assist employees with all queries related to the Company medical Insurance to ensure full and continuous support in all health Insurance related matters.
Maintain system and manual database of Insurance documents, pending medical claims, copy of cheques and Medical Cards etc updated at all times, to ensure proper documentation. Provide regular reports on Health Insurance data to Senior manager - HR Services and Admin for management information.
Coordinate and facilitate regular briefing /awareness sessions / presentations on Health Insurance Scheme to employees at the time of New joiner Induction and updates on Insurance Policy.
Act as a custodian for all employee personnel files and keep a record of the log register to monitor and track their access and retrieval to ensure safe custody of all employee files.
Coordinate with Procurement and raise RFQ’s with appropriate approvals and follow up on department requests to ensure timely and smooth procurements processes for the department.
