GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES
The Operations Manager plans, organizes and directs operational activities. In addition, will manage facility solution and projects as required by the company to assure customer satisfaction and company profitability goals.

SUMMARY OF OPERATIONS MANAGER JOB DUTIES
•Advises the Deputy General Manager on all technical and engineering issues related to or undertaken on Projects.
•Proposes to the Deputy General Manager the organization structure of every project based on the nature, size, and complexity of work to be accomplished.
•Coordinates with Project Managers in the preparation of activity for their respective projects.
•Directs Project Managers by allocated assignments, visiting project sites on a regular basis, and following up on performance.
•Prepares projects’ yearly budget expenditure requests to be incorporated in the company’s yearly-consolidated budget.
•Coordinates with the Finance Department for the preparation of performed work to-date invoice to the client.
•Approves the certificates of projects execution after reviewing conformity of technical specifications, plans and studies.
•Updates Management with regular progress reports on projects under execution.
•Interfaces with Procurement Department for all purchases and sub-contracts related to projects requirements.
•Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Education/Experience:
•MS degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
•Minimum 15 years of work experience out of which at least 5 in Projects Management
Communications Skills:
•Ability to manage and motivate a labor force of varying degree of experience. Expertise and functionality
•Ability to analyze work-related problems and recommend solutions
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and handle deadline

Computer Skills:
•Computer Literate
